About this apartment rental

There is only one 'Penthouse on Park Street' in the Paso Robles area! We invite you to come and experience it for yourself. You will be just steps away from all the finest restaurants, wine tasting rooms, shopping, and the park in this newly remodeled 4 bedroom (2 King, 2 Queen), 2 bathroom luxury loft. This stylish 2000 square foot loft is fully furnished and features a gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors, wireless internet, flat screen TV with streaming options available, washer & dryer, Keurig coffee maker, and central air/heating. We have two parking spots available in back behind Pasolivo along with a Tesla charging cable. ***Please note the charger is Tesla-specific. If you have a different EV but have an adapter with you then you should still be able to use the cable. If not, there are several other EV charging stations very nearby.

Also, please know this is a non-smoking residence, pets are not allowed, and we do have one security camera located at the front door.

And don't forget to stop in at our Pasolivo Olive Oil downtown store right below the apartment for a complimentary tasting!

We arrived on Saturday after wine tasting downtown. The location was perfect, exactly what we wanted. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities we needed. They had a nice wide of games to choose from. The place was clean and a lot of towels were available in bathroom and laundry room. It was a nice touch to have the soap and lotion from the Pasolivos store below. I will say the only thing was that the master bedroom needs a shade on the window because the light definitely shines through from the other bedroom. I would definitely stay here again .

The penthouse was a beautiful, large, centrally located place to stay with a group of friends. The kitchen had all the ammenities to make a wonderful meal if you choose to cook. There are 2 parking spaces and one handicap in the back of the building. When you initially get there try to snag a space in the front of the building for easier unloading. Wine & oil tastings places, great restaurants and shops are just steps away. We will stay here again! and restaurantsstepsjuststepaway.

This is the perfect property for a girl's getaway! Walking to everything. It has a fantastic kitchen...which we didn't use because of all the amazing restaurants and wine tasting nearby. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of space for our group of four. I will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Penthouse on Park in Downtown Paso. Great, central location allowing for easy walks to morning coffee shops, shops on the square, or several excellent restaurants! The property had ample space and bedrooms for our group - and served as a great home-base after a day or three of wine tasting. We would definitely put this property on the shortlist for a return visit!

Our stay at this vacation rental was truly enjoyable! The location is fantastic—right in the heart of town, with tons of restaurants, cafes and shops just a short walk away. The space itself is tastefully decorated, giving it a stylish yet cozy feel. The beds? Super comfortable, and the whole place was spotless when we arrived, which was a great first impression. We appreciated the Keurig with a fully stocked coffee station. That said, for the price, I did expect a few more thoughtful touches. More towels would have been appreciated, as well as charging stations in each room for convenience. Also, the patio furniture could use a good clean—would have been nice to relax outside a bit more comfortably. Overall, it was a great stay with a few minor areas for improvement. The location and decor alone make it worth considering, especially if you’re looking to explore the local dining and wine scene!

The penthouse is perfectly located in the heart of downtown, steps away from shopping, wine tasting and a variety of restaurants. It was so convenient and easy! We even found a free shuttle to the fair a few blocks away. Our hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had and made it a seamless check-in and check-out process. The kitchen has the basics utensils and pans but if you need something elaborate or find yourself needing butter, vinegar or olive oil bring it yourself or run to one of the grocery stores or speciality shops nearby. The penthouse is right above the very cute Pasolivo store which has a wide variety of olive oil products. They make it easy on you! Our entire group loved it and want to go back again! Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Three generations all arrived together in one vehicle so this location was perfect for us to come and go individually in town with ease. The roof top deck, around the table, or enjoying an evening movie together, there was plenty of space for together or alone time. The updates to this space created a beautiful blend of old and new with all the amenities to make a lovely stay.

The location is right downtown. Great location. The place is well decorated and clean. It was located above the shops. The only down fall would be if you need to park more than 2 cars. We had 3 and had to use metered parking for part of the time. Other than the parking this place is great. Well kepted up for such an old building. A lot of charm.

Our stay in the downtown Paso Robles penthouse was an absolute delight. The location couldn't have been more ideal, with dozens of restaurants, wine tasting rooms, boutique shops, coffee houses, and bars all within a 1 to 2 block radius. The property is situated right across a beautiful central park, shaded by massive oaks, adding to the charm of the place. The local farmers market on Saturdays is a must-visit, boasting a diverse array of vendors. What's really impressive about this town is how it perfectly balances the small-town America feel with a rich infusion of art and wine culture, without coming off as pretentious. Despite the bustling nightlife outside, the noise within the penthouse was minimal. Convenience was at its best with grocery stores only a 5-minute drive away, and hundreds of world-class wineries in picturesque settings nearby. The property itself was spotless, well-maintained, and lived up to its description in the listing. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials, and the Keurig machine, generously supplied with coffee pods, was a nice touch. The living room boasted a comfortable couch, perfect for curling up and enjoying a show on the Roku device, made all the better by the fast and reliable wifi. The crown jewel of this property has to be the view of the town from the second-story penthouse, a sight that truly encapsulates the charm of Paso Robles. You see this in a lot of property listing, "the photos don't do it justice", this is truly the case in the Penthouse. Walking distance to everything in Old Town Paso and with two parking places, no parking fees. The kitchen is equipped for an extended stays and the bedrooms are contemporary and comfortable. All of our questions were answered quickly, couldn't ask for more.

4 bedrooms, plenty of space, exposed brick walls, huge kitchen, parking, right in the heart of downtown Paso, walkable to everything - what else can I say? Was a perfect launch/crash pad after a day of wine tasting as some in our party wanted to go out on the town and others wanted to stay back and relax; this place perfectly accommodated everyone. Will definitely stay there again next Paso trip. Highly recommend.
