La ubicacion, frente a la playa y con comercios cercanos. La facilidad para comunicarse con el anfitrion. Siempre utilizó la plataforma para comunicarse y respondió rápido a las consultas. El garage es muy comodo.
El apartamento es tal cual las fotos. Solo como sugerencia, tiene cortinas oscuras, lo que es muy bueno para poder dormir tranquilo, pero durante el dia podrian considerarse una doble cortina, que permita ingreso de luz maneteniendo la privacidad. El baño por momentos tiene mal olor.
