Loved the location, the coziness of the cabins, and the welcoming host with the amazing reception hall area! The homemade food was great and very affordable for the area!

We loved the cabin! I would only say it may be small for some people, but as long as they are aware of the size (which we were), it works out great.

This place is fantastic! Host was lovely at reception. We were upgraded to a cabin with private bathroom due to quiet time of year still in May. Cabin was comfortable, bathroom had nice hot water. We had dinner in the hytte, meal and drinks were nice. Quiet location, looks like a fairy tale. It snowed by the morning, it really created a great atmosphere. Breakfast if requested is delivered to your door in a basket, breakfast was generous and a good spread of different options. We felt like it was Christmas with the snow and wooden cabins with grassy roofs :)

Cabin had an odd smell probably from not being used yet in this year.

Good location for access to Jotunheimen national park. Nice walks and staff were very helpful with ideas for poorer weather Showers and toilets were kept very clean The bar / restaurant area is very quirky and cool with pretty reasonable prices as standard for the country

Beds were quite narrow in all bunks. Hidden extra cost for linens not obvious upon booking
