Breakfast was great, the room was very luxurious with a bath and a shower, and nice furniture.

Grasten best spot for one night

The location and the cleanliness. Detailed guideline of the room location and how to acccess it by short video. Pleasant room environment.

I felt some better instructions on the parking spaces might have been even more helpfull. Would have been for a 10 flawless. However there were 3 marked reserved spots on the nearest parking. You could share some pictures and note that 2 available parking zones have reserved places for the hotel so that guests can find them right away. Hope this would improve even more your explanatory approach. Thanks

Fine for one night

We stayed in an apartment opposite the hotel building. The apartment is authentic and spacious, offering a great view of the castle.

The apartment needs a serious update in terms windows, balcony, railing on the balcony and kitchen cabinets.

7 days of stay

Clean and white linens, available parking, breakfast included. If you plan to stay in the room called Banking - then only a price with a good discount worth it.

There is nobody on reception, phoneline only on danish - spend 1hr to get into the hotel, no laundry service offered, room was never cleaned for a 7 days of stay. In the roim there is an Electrical ketlle, but no cups, cofee or tea,. No A/C (or no instruction on how to use it), need to open a windows and as a result unexpected rain flooding trough the opened window. One day, at 0500 security system in the room start alarming. The llight in the bathroom is living by its own life and switching on and off by itself. The bed is combined of two single beds with toppers on each, and this topper is alwas sliding out

Superb

Graston is a charming town and allowed us a central location for exploring the area. the castle grounds were lovely to walk. The hotel had all that we needed and we enjoyed the spacious rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful

The restaurant is still not open for dinner. We did enjoy breakfasts there.

Nice but a pity, I will probably book next time in Sonderborg

I liked the room very much. The lake nearby.

- the fact that everything was so automatic and impersonal, no human being seen except at the breakfast. This is sad... - the room door was closed at 10 AM sharp. I came at 10:03 from Breakfast the door was locked and I had to call the "remote" receptionist to be able to pick up the luggage that stayed in the room. - the city was totally "dead" on Saturday evening, no way to get something late to eat. I had to drive to Sonderborg for that.

Spotless clean room and bathroom. Close to restaurants and supermarket.

Front steps not all that clean which is a shame as the hotel rooms and dining room are spotless.

ok if necessary to stay in Gråsten

Wifi was good, bed was comfortable and it was clean

no staff (code instead of keys), so nobody to ask about parking etc.while there. Also, you can hear all noise from the hall, and the rooms next to yours, plus the traffic.

I only saw the message with the key code late and it would have been a problem, had we arrived at the time that the reception was not manned. Would have been useful to get that information a few days before arrival, and not while travelling.

The location was fine - the breakfast itself was a little disappointing - cheese was very scarce for instance. The wienerbrød cakes had been frozen and was not very interesting !

The hotel was great and breakfast ok.

I think that furnitures was a bit outdated which gave the experience of the room a little bit less positive than otherwise. The hotel was without people in the reception. Not a problem for us, but it gave a slight odd feeling that there was no one to talk to when we had questions
