The room was large enough to host 3 persons. It is in walking distance from the centre of the city. Marysol, the owner, is a very helpful person and actually, everything that one needs to know are included in a folder in the room. The parking is secure, rather tight for a car I think, but it was ok for my motorbike. It includes a smart tv with access to Netflix.
The wifi was slow especially in the evenings when, I guess, many tenants log in or watch smart tv. The bathroom door was right next to the upper part of the double bed where someone puts his head when sleeping. There was no ventilator fan or window in the bathroom. The towels were of lower quality or overused.
