The staff took very good care of us and were very kind. Our room had a water leak due to a heavy rainstorm and they moved us to another room without any issues. The breakfast was basic, but good (except the toast).
The rooms weren't the cleanest - they looked clean from afar, but up close, there was thick dust on the ceiling fan and my towel was spotted with stains and there were bugs on the wall. Our first room, didn't have a separate bathroom, which was a huge negative for me. We asked if we could have breakfast early one day and never got a response, so we missed out on breakfast.
