Good and friendly host, nice view of the ocean, you can hear the waves, which is very calming, clean apartment, spacey rooms, good price
Bad window insulation and apart from the waves you also hear the traffic all the time, apartment very spartan, no restaurants or anything interesting in the neighborhood. Overall ok if you just want to spend the night, but otherwise nothing special.
