Spacious, nicely furnished and well equipped apartment. Easy check-in (calling the land-lady on her phone and meeting her in front of the building) and easy check-out. Silent location with walk-able distance from the city center (about 15 min). Suitable for longer stays.

It's on the ground floor, but nothing really problematic.
