Nive and spacious apartment

It is a nice comfotable and spacious apartment. The interiour is a bit dated, but that make it charming.

No shower curtain. Main issue was communication. I asked about parking a van. I was told itv would not fit in the underground garage, but they could provise othwr parking near the aparment. However i had to park 20mins walk away. Also the contact phone number given was not somebody local. I had to contact booking.com on arrival to get the person to let us in..lastly i requested an earlier checkin and got a reply from.booking.com saying "yes subject to availability" which is unclear. On arrival I was told they were not available and had ro wait.

The location

The apartment has not elementary things like electric kettle and has a gas stove who makes a heavy gas smell in the apartment. You have to close the gas all the time. It seems dangerous to me. No working oven and no microwave. Very poor things

Appartamento molto accogliente e in ottima posizione a due passi dal centro, con super vista sul Gran Paradiso! Funzionale con 2 bambini piccoli! Anche il proprietario è stato molto disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta! Sicuramente quando torneremo a Cogne, sarà la prima struttura che contatteremo!

La décoration est très joli, et le mobilier en bois aussi Très belle vue Garage Calme

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans cet appartement chaleureux.

Bien situé. Très chaleureux et calme. Ambiance chalet. La chambre est confortable. La terrasse au soleil dans l'après midi est appréciable. Parking privé pour la voiture.

La salle de bain est vétuste. La baignoire fonctionne mal: pas de débit pour l'eau chaude. La douche est donc prise avec un petit filet d'eau. Pas idéal apres le retour d'activités sportives. L'électroménager pourrait être amélioré : grille pain / bouilloire, cafetière par exemple...
