Very clean. Host pre-heated the house as I was the only occupant (low season). House well equipped for groups with well equipped kitchen, washing machine, communal space, games and sauna.
Far too expensive and I booked it for lack of alternative. Admittedly it was low season and the town was empty, but there was no reason to charge € 70 and have no-one there to receive the arriving guest. Nor did I receive any instructions prior to arriving as to how I could check in by myself. I waited well over an hour in the cold before anyone arrived. Other guesthouses in which I stayed during the same hiking trip in the area offered equally comfortable stays, with dinner and breakfast included for € 50 - 60!!!
