Apartment Josip Brusic

Alles hat super gut geklappt. Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und es gab Wasser, Säfte und Gebäck zum Empfang. Auch während der Aufenthaltes wurden wir mit Leckereien der Vermieterin verwöhnt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, so dass alle Strände in max. 25-30 Minuten erreichbar waren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren auch in ein paar wenigen Autominuten zu finden. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und es war alles da, was man benötigte.

The hosts were really great, kind and helpful. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom and the kitchen was fully utilized, however there is no washing machine in the apartman, if you need to use one, you have to ask them to use theirs. The 2 AC's can cool down the place easily, even tho you cant leave it on when you go out, but its fine as the flat doesnt get too hot during the day. THe hosts speak English well (I dont know about other languages cus I only speak English and Hungarian), so the communication was smooth. They waited for us with some snacks and some freshners, which was really thoughtfull and it was great :) There is a TV in the living room, it has netflix and internet on it, so you can binge watch shows, or put on some videos, or make some horror movie night with your friends :D They had a parking slot with roof, so I can say its safe to leave the car there even if its hot or stormy. Overall it was a very positive stay for us, and we really enjoyed it.

The only thing we didnt like is the location, as the roads are really small, and kinda hard to drive on, and also google and waze directed us the first time on some dirt road where we almost got stuck. But this is something you can avoid if you go around, but even there the roads are kinda hard to drive on. This is not something they can fix, im just leaving this here as a notice. Keep it in mind, that from here you cant really go by foot anywhere so you need to have a car. The other thing that was unplesant, is the water pressure, its kinda low, and we used to have stronger, but its worse in the UK so.. Its not a nightmare, but if you are used to higher pressure, then you will notice this. Also for me the switches were upside down (light switches), but I guess its just a Croatia thing, as we noticed it elsewhere too. So in general, we didnt really find anything that would worth - points :)

Very nice people and typicall croatian hospitality. Familiar and friendly.
