• Great location • Very friendly and responsive host • Comfortable bed • Fast internet connection • Well-equipped kitchen with dishes, stove and oven
• During our stay in December, the apartment felt a bit cold and the heater/AC could not fully warm the space • There is no door between the rooms, only a curtain, which may reduce privacy • We noticed a few cockroaches during the stay • Breakfast is Italian-style (coffee and croissant) — tasty, but quite light for guests who prefer a fuller breakfast

The flat is in a great place, very close to the lungomare to take a seaside walk. The flat is well equipped, clean, well maintained, beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is paid by the host in a great nearby café. All was really fine, the self check-in had clear instructions, and the host communicates very clearly even late in the night. The place has air conditioning, and despite the breakfast offered, it has its own coffee machine.
The air conditioner doesn't seem to be sufficient for the room size, in a hot summer night it had trouble cooling it down.

Good location in terms of proximity to city center and beach.
No natural light, the smell of mold and dampness very persistent and heavy to breathe.
