Não reparamos imediatamente na mensagem que foi enviada, pelo que quando chegamos ficámos algo perdidos. Depois de perceber que nos devíamos dirigir ao lar para recolher a chave tudo decorreu com normalidade. No entanto das 5 vezes que tentamos contactar o número que nos foi passados, nenhum foi respondida ou retornada.

O espaço em si : quarto espaçoso boa casa de banho e cozinha boa.

The facilities are super cleaned and organized.

The staff wasn’t there and even didn’t give an advanced notice to get the key from another building. We are the only guest of the night, and should’ve left any massage via booking.com or at least a piece of paper at the entrance. While we were waiting about 20min in rainy day, we called multiple times, checked both doors up & down running and left booking.com message to ask help. Finally they contacted messages that we need to get the key from the next building. The neighbourhood was extremely kind and nice to offer the hospitality.
