Relax on the outdoor granite patio overlooking Stanley Brook or rock on a classic New England front porch after a fun day of hiking , biking and sightseeing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is in a perfect location for Acadia National park as well as Bar Harbor. The home owner was very helpful and answered all of our questions very promptly. The home is beautiful and was perfect for our stay. I highly recommend this home.

We loved the house and neighborhood. Great access to the carriage roads, hiking trails and the beach at seal harbor. The house was very comfortable for relaxing after a long day’s hike. Jordan pond road was a convenient base to explore bar harbor, northeast harbor and southwest harbor from. Rosemary and Charlie were the perfect hosts!

I loved my stay here! The house was just as described, walking distance to Acadia and carriage roads, and a beautiful home immaculately maintained. Located in a neighborhood of locals who knew each other and walked dogs and kids in the mornings and evenings. Felt like home. Grilled burgers on the patio to the sounds of a babbling Stanley Brook. I was warmly greeted on arrival by Rosemary whose emphasis was ensuring that I would enjoy my stay. I would stay there again as my absolute first choice on MDI, it was perfect for me. Thank you to Rosemary and Charlie for such a great spot and warm hospitality.
