I thought it incredible that you get only one coffee capsule with you nights stay despite there are 2 adults booking the room.
The only reason I can see for staying here is that they have a heated swimming pool, small but non the less it is heated even in February.
When I asked politely for a 2nd capsule to make the 2nd cup of coffee I was told I can buy one for 30 pesos, nearly $2.00usd. The coffee at the cafe is serve is 40 pesos. UGH! Required 5 steps to get to the elevator.

Loved it with only one exception and that is they only give you one pod for their coffee maker with no sugar and no creamer.. It is room service and you may buy a cup of coffee but if a couple is trailing and they want to have a cup of coffee then it's a problem. Second day I had to go down to the front desk and ask for two pods and he would only give me one. Otherwise we love this place.

Reservation not honored / Breach of privacy.
I booked a double room via Agoda, but upon arrival the receptionist informed me that the hotel does not honor third‑party reservation details. Despite a double room being available (higher class) I was only offered a single room, with no option to escalate since the Manager was “out of hours” and staff claimed nobody was empowered to make decisions during the evening shift.
The most disturbing incident occurred at 5:50 AM, when an employee opened my room door and entered without authorization, later saying it was a mistake. This was a serious breach of privacy and left me feeling very uncomfortable.
On the positive side, the room itself was clean and satisfactory for the remainder of the stay.
Overall, the lack of respect for reservations, absence of management support, and the unauthorized entry into my room made this stay disappointing and unsettling. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve staff training and guest safety.
