Ввічливий персонал, можна вирішити всі питання - дякую, Тетяно та Олег🤗Тихий район, поруч АТБ, Рошен, в пішому доступі кафе та ресторани, де можна гарно поїсти, транспорт (вокзал, центр чи під'їхати на море). В самому готелі також можна готувати (є кухня). В номері було все необхідне, на поверсі - холодильник, спільні туалет, душ (була гаряча вода). Світло не вимикали (хіба що в перший вечір і то не надовго). Попри часті тривоги (вони дуже гучні), вибухів чи стрілянини не чутно. З транспорта: 10 трамвай їде з/до вокзалу, 121 маршрутка з вокзалу (від Автостанції "Привоз", там зупинка необладнана "на вимогу") та до вокзалу в Міського саду, 168 маршруткою можна гарно скоротити дорогу до моря (пляж "Чайка"), тільки потім пройтися ще трохи.
Не кожен таксист у місті знає, що вулиця Йозефа Прибіка - це Мінська в минулому😀

Дуже погана плита, тече потолок, нема вентиляції в туаелеті та в душі.

Це отель для місцевих працівників.
Кімната мала. Кондиціонера нема. Було дуже спекотно. Туалет загальний.
