The food was delicious, with a great variety of tasty options to choose from. AC worked perfectly, very comfortable.

Our stay at this resort was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and genuinely cared for by every member of staff. We were incredibly grateful to receive a complimentary upgrade to one of the premium rooms, which made our holiday even more special. The room was beautiful, spacious, and exceeded all our expectations. A special shout-out to Saneca, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care truly stood out. What impressed us most was the warmth shown by the entire team. From reception and housekeeping to the restaurant staff, everyone treated us with so much kindness and attention. We were travelling with our 2-year-old child, and the love and affection shown to our little one was absolutely heartwarming. The staff always took the time to interact with our baby and made us feel like part of the family. The resort itself was stunning. All of the pools were spotless, well-maintained, and a pleasure to use. The beach was beautiful, with soft sand and crystal-clear water, making it the perfect place to relax and spend quality family time. The food throughout our stay was outstanding. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets offered an incredible variety of high-quality dishes, ensuring there was always something new to try. The snack bars were excellent too, with plenty of options available throughout the day. We also enjoyed dinners at the Italian and Mexican à la carte restaurants, both of which were fantastic and offered a great dining experience. One thing we particularly loved was that there was truly something for everyone. For families with young children, the playground, splash area for toddlers, and kids' club were brilliant. There were also plenty of activities and entertainment options for adults, meaning everyone could enjoy their holiday in their own way. Thank you to Saneca and the entire team for creating such wonderful memories for our family.

Every thing good n nice. Just if you call for any thing in room service may take an hour or hours.

Staff not doing their thing. Might be because it was busy time of the year. So much crowd. But hats off to the the staff who really kept it up 🔝.
