The rooms were the best, followed by the eating places near the pool. That was superb! The hot grills made us quite comfortable, so we didn't need to leave the pool to queue for food at the main restaurant.
I didn't like their website in terms of advertising what's on...so I missed a couple of activities I would have liked to do. I also didn't like the booking system for the other restaurants. They were never available on all the days I was there. It was such a shame, as I was planning on dining in some of them, but I never got the chance to.

The outdoors were well maintained. Staff was ok. Plenty of sun beds on the beach.
The rooms are small and dated. The bathroom smells and is so tiny that you cannot stretch your arms. Towels are gray and torn. We had a swim up room and pool was not clean until we requested it. The food although diverse and in abundance has no taste. The main pool looked like it had not seen repairs in years. I paid a lot of money and felt robbed. I would not recommend this unless at a fraction of the price I paid.
