Very nicely decorated the entire complex, cleaned and maintained. Bars available near the pools and on the beach with easy access, tasty and varied food, sweets and fruits at your discretion. Very friendly staff.

Its nice but not amazing..

Beautiful sandy beach, really amazing sunsets. Some of the food was nice, lots of fresh fruit, always can find something to drink and eat. We were upgraded to premium, I think it's very necessary

The original room we booked was absolutely disgusting,old, stinky, dirty floor, dirty toilet, dirty shower. We complained and were moved to the premium block, which is much nicer and newer, but still had small issues.. There are so many bugs, mosquitoes, and spiders, and they get in the room very easily. All the pools were slimy, we didn't use. Many beach chairs are moldy All the facilities just felt old and broken and not well maintained. Drink staff were rude, wasps floating in the syrups. If you ask for a coffee or a drink, they just glare at you. Kids club is cute, but very basic

The room smelled really bad. He needs a total renovation. It smelled like mold everywhere in the bathrooms. It smelled horrible.

The only thing we liked was a la carte restaurant concept.

Overall hotel was dirty. Rooms were not cleaned up properly. Pools were not disinfected at all. Even daily cleanup was not made.

The resort is large and beautifully located, with a great buffet spread and excellent à la carte dining options—especially the Mexican restaurant. Vera, our concierge, was fantastic and went above and beyond to help us with last-minute bookings and quick responses on WhatsApp.

The rooms weren’t as luxurious as we expected for the price, and there was no room service available after 8 PM—we arrived at 10 PM and couldn’t get any food. Additionally, there was a serious lack of communication about resort activities; we only found out about events like the foam party after they’d already happened. A daily schedule broadcast to guests would be really helpful.

Jedinstveno mjesto u Crnoj Gori koje smo posjetili. Od dolaska na kapiji, prijave na recepciji i tokom cijelog našeg boravka u ovom rizortu sve je bilo na vrhunskom i zavidnom nivou. Izbor, ukus i način na koji je pripremljena hrana u svim restoranima zaslužuju svaku pohvalu, obzirom da je i moja supruga (koja ima jako zahtjevne kriterijume kada je hrana u pitanju) bila fascinirana. Higijena je odlična, ljubaznost osoblja još bolja i posebnu zahvalnost na gostoprimstvu dugujemo Saneli sa recepcije. Prepuni smo pozitivnih utisaka i ovo je definitivno mjesto koje ćemo redovno posjećivati u budućnosti. Preporuka svima, posebno parovima sa malom djecom.

Nice hotel, very good family suites and perfect beach.

The hotel itself is very large and clean. We stayed in the hotel in the beginning of season, so we saw how things getting ready on beach and inside. Staff done everything for guests and everybody are very polite and helpful. The food in restaurant is normal, changing from day to day and taste good.

I saw only one big issue - the hotel was not ready for the crowd in the beginning, so the staff was overloaded. We need to wait in queues literally for everything - check in, drinks in bars, some food in restaurants. But the management tried to solve the problems and did it well from my point of view, because after two days there became much more people everywhere and problems moslty gone. The second big issue - it is all inclusive hell with crowd everywhere. :)

Perfect Getaway

We recently stayed at this incredible all-inclusive resort for 4 nights, and it was everything we hoped for and more! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch, the food and drinks were plentiful and delicious, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and luxurious. A special shoutout goes to Tanja at the reception, who truly made our stay unforgettable. She was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Whether we had questions, needed recommendations, or just a friendly face after a long day, Tanja was always there with a smile. She’s a true asset to the resort! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pools and beach area were stunning, and the entertainment each evening added a fun, festive vibe. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our next visit. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a stress-free, all-inclusive escape!

I love almost everything..😍 The all-inclusive was really a stress free experience 👌you’ve got snacks,unlimited drinks (although not applicable to all but still not bad at all) wide variety of foods.It was amazing…

Some of the employees have an attitude. Encountered 3 times,it would be good if they will be more friendly esp. they are in the hospitality industry. The check-in flow was a little bit hassle because they won’t allow your car to enter the property even just for drop-off and you will be pick-up with their resort electric car so you need to put all your stuffs and take them off outside the lobby and wait after check in put back again to the electric Cars again.It could be better if they just let your car in to drop-off your luggage’s and etc. and station a security to monitor the flow that the car will leave after.

Staff is amazing, clean, great pools/beach, even got a free upgrade to premiume suite, and best premium burger ever at mexican guy.

The food was cold always, no fresh fruits, not a lot of cakes like shown in pictures, other bars sometimes didnt even had basic drinks, staff said inside pool is closed, but saw people inside there swiming.

Breakfast was nice and rich.

To have food in the good restaurant you have to make a reservation 1 day and half in advance which is very difficult if you are staying only one night. I booked the VIP price but I wasn’t able to use the food I paid for due to that rule. I missed the personal touch for such an expensive place.
