OK for the night, not far to shops and restaurants, kitchen had everything you need
The apartment (we had apartment 3) was very dark and cold, we left the windows open to let some warm air (outside temperature 18 degrees) in. Air conditioning can't be used due to a very bad smell. Bathroom small with medium hot water and impossible to shower without setting the whole bathroom under water

Superb
Apartment Nielsen was perfect for our one week stay in Premantura, it is clean, with confy beds (we brought a pop up baby bed for our daughter) and a generous kitchen and lounge area. We did not cook, but so far as I noticed the kitchen was equipped with ustensils. They also provided a grill where we prepared delicious fish from the local market. Location is great, few minutes from the center with restaurants, supermarket etc. We loved it and would totally book again. The houskeeper lady does not speak english, but she was very friendly, smiling and helpful.
We liked everything, I think it was great value for the money we paid, no luxury, but we had everything we needed. So maybe just two small suggestions (which did not affect our stay at all, but there is always room for upgrade): an umbrella/ something to provide shelter from the sun for the balkony would be great, also some more storage room in the shower/bathroom like a small shelve for bath products.

Nice location, easy to check in, good bathroom and quiet neighborhood. Good private parking.
Pillow isnt very comfortable, rooms and furniture are on the simple side.

Doporučujeme navštívit Pulu a Medulin
Pěkně vybavený apartmán. Lokalita super, blízko Kamenjak, kde se musí výborně jezdit na kole. Příroda je tam fascinující. My byli s kočárkem, nedoporučuji odbočovat do postranních cestiček. To se nedalo bez přenášení. Ty pláže, které ale objevíte, za trochu námahy rozhodně stojí. Za nás Pinižula naprostá top! Starší děti si ji užili skvěle!
Nepohodlný gauč. Kdo by ale jezdit na dovolenou sedět na gauči? 🤣
