Upon arrival, beds were made but the place was very dirty. Kitchen had dirty dishes, utensils put in drawers dirty. Carpet was very worn out and spotted. Furniture was very dated. Pool equipment is right out the door and runs 24-7 very loud. Kept the patio door closed due to this. Place is in need of a very deep cleaning and a total remodel. Bed in master was very comfortable and cable TV was nice. David the owner did responded quickly to these concerns listed above. However, would not stay here again.

My son, my grandson and I stayed for 15 days to play in two baseball tournaments. David was a helpful host and accessible. There was a schedule conflict the first night. I was alone to begin our stay so I stayed in a hotel that night and it worked out. The condo was clean. It is in a nice neighborhood and was conveniently located for our games. It is an older condo but It was more than adequate, We were busy with games so we weren't there during the day and did not use the pool, basketball or pickle ball facilities. I would stay there again. Thanks David.

A few hiccups at the beginning of our stay, but these were taken care of quickly and efficiently by, David, the owner. The complex is in a great location within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and parks. The pool was fantastic and within steps of the condo unit. There were pickleball & tennis courts but we did not use them. The condo was very spacious, equipped with everything you will need and the king sized bed was comfy.

Owner claimed we were partying when we weren't. Said we were jumping in the pool with clothes on when we weren't. Claimed we broke things in the pool area when we didn't. He called us complaining and then showed up to the property cussing at us. We showed him we weren't partying. He told us to leave and he would refund all our money but then told VRBO he wouldn't but because I had a text proving he said that we got a full refund. Will never return to his property. He ruined our family vacation!!

This is our third time staying at this VRBO. The condo is always clean, has been updated and is in a perfect location for Scottsdale. We appreciate that it's close to the many walking trails in McCormick Ranch, great restaurants and golf. We plan to come back again this winter. Can't wait!

We have rented in Scottsdale for 8 years, this is by far the best rental we have had yet and we will rent this condo again next year. It was clean, updated and had everything we needed to make our vacation enjoyable. The location was very central for us in Scottsdale and very close to all the golf courses we wanted to play.

Owner is not ready for tenants. Kitchen needs a disposal unit. Eating area needs a light fixture over the table. Cabinets are overstocked with mismatched dishes showing a lack any indication of a female touch. Furniture is oversized and outdated. Shag carpeting has to go. No premium cable channels were provided. Most such units provide a book with welcome info and internet access passwords. Not here. Last, there are little black bugs coming up from the drains. Besides that we love Scottsdale.

We had a great stay in this Scottsdale condo. The pool was so close we only had to open the sliding doors and walk across the grass to dive in. The bedrooms were good, not a true king bed, but no one complained. Lots of towels, maybe a bit more utensils would be nice. Close to the talking stick resort for baseball and other stores as well.
