Remarkable Escape Breathtaking Views with Hot Tub

Pictures don't do it justice. Was a wonderful spot to base ourselves as we explored Queenstown and the surrounding areas. The views from every part of the house were amazing. The fireplace was excellent, along with large piles of firewood, so we could keep it running all day and night. Heating worked very well. The spa was amazing - recommend doing it in the day so you can enjoy the views. The host was very accommodating, even allowing us to check in a few hours earlier than usual. About a 5 minute drive into town, and about 15 minutes from the airport, the neighborhood was very quiet, making for a relaxing stay.

Probably the only negative is the house is on a very steep plot of land, so there are 4 different levels separated by flights of stairs, which makes checking in and out quite a chore.

The view was stunning, the house and open fire wonderful and we loved the spa.

The views from this house were spectacular! Watching the mountains light up as the sun set was so perfect 👌 Beds were comfy and the kitchen well equipped with everything you need.

It was pretty bright in the bedrooms till late in the evening and very early in the mornings (being summer and daylight savings) no big deal we bought some eye masks and that helped.

The view is beautiful, and the privacy of the Master suite is excellent. The spa was nice.

The 4th bedroom, through the garage, is a terrible room. My 17yo daughter stayed in here but she felt very unsafe and disconnected from the main living areas. She had to pass through the cold garage to get to her room. This really should be advertised as a 3 bedroom house. We found the temperature in the house very hard to regulate. It was often very hot during the day and early evening, and overnight the bedrooms were very cold with no way to heat them aside from opening the bedroom doors and cranking the heat in the living room. It would be good to have a split system in each bedroom to control the temperature better.
