The flat is conveniently situated between two central areas: a short walk down the road in one direction leads to a very popular promenade, public garden, open gym, playing fields, restaurants and tea rooms; while if you walk in the opposite direction you will come to the commercial centre with language schools, boutiques, shopping centres, coffee shops and restaurants, harbour cruise boats, the bus and the ferry boat to Valletta. Everybody here speaks English and possibly another language.
