Modern och mycket välutrustad lägenhet på gångavstånd från Binz centrum och den lilla tågstationen med Rasander Roland. Väljer man allén vid sjön får man en mycket fin promenad ner till centrum. Lägenheten är belägen i ett lugnt område och har parkeringsplats under huset.

Saknade en sopkvast eller dammsugare i lägenheten. Det kan bli lite grusigt och smuligt på golven om man bor en längre tid. Skulle också gärna fått bättre information om var man slänger sopor och återvinningsmaterial. Det finns lite containrar här och var men man blir osäker på om de är för allmänheten eller tillhör specifika fastigheter. Inte lätt att veta som utländsk besökare.
