Mit minimalsten Investment das maximale aus Urlaubern herausziehen.

Die Entfernung zum Strand ist top. Einen kürzeren Laufweg kann man sich kaum wünschen. Außerdem liegt das Apartment an einer sehr verkehrsberuhigten Strasse.

Wir waren im Apartment 36RB21 untergebracht. Gesamteindruck: Türschloss ist schwerfällig zu öffnen. Wirkt so, als sei der ursprüngliche Eigentümer in den 80ern verstorben und seitdem ist alles (inkl. VHS Videorekorder) so in der Wohnung verblieben. Keine Papierkörbe in Zimmern oder Plastiktüten für Müll. Keine Fliegengitter, Fenster- oder Türstopper vorhanden Wohnzimmer: Es gibt keinen Rauchmelder im Wohnzimmer, dafür zumindest im Flur und in beiden Schlafzimmern. In Küche und Bad natürlich nicht. Warum wird für 4+1 Personen inseriert, wenn die Übernachtung im Wohnzimmer nicht mit einem Rauchmelder abgesichert ist? Ein Feuerlöscher befindet sich auch nicht in der Wohnung. WLAN mit 17.3 Mbit/s im selben Zimmer bei 2 Meter Abstand. Sollte angeblich 35 Mbit/sein sein. (KABEL-TV Gerät von "Arris") 2 Schlafzimmer: Keine echten Rollos vorhanden. Nur nicht-lichtdichte Deckvorhänge. Im einen Schlafzimmer kann man das Fenster öffnen, um den Klängen der Zahnarztpraxis nebenan zu lauschen. Kurioses: Englisch-Deutsch Wörterbuch im Nachtkästchen. Bad: Im Bad wird Heißwasser durch einen Durchlauferhitzer mit geringem Wasservolumen erzeugt. Die Wassertemperatur ist dadurch nicht konstant. Ein Temparaturbegrenzer ist nicht vorhanden. Badtür verzogen, lässt sich schwer schließen außer man knallt sie zu. Kein/ ungenügender WLAN-Empfang im Bad. Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad spartanisch, wenn man für 4+1 Personen vermietet. Küche: Der Geschirrbestand ist ein Sammelsurium aus Restbeständen. Schade: Kein Glasdeckel passt wirklich auf eine Pfanne. So wird das Anbraten zuverlässig zu einer Riesensauerei auf den Ceran-Herdplatten. Wie im Prospekt auch nicht gelistet, befindet sich keine Mikrowelle in der Wohnung. Auch dieses Investment von ca. 100 Euro wurde eingespart. Fensteröffnung durch Einbauküche eingeschränkt. Toasteraufsatz für Brötchen ausgeleiert. Wasserkocher schlecht zu reinigen. Geschirrspüler: Frontpanele scheint sich zu lösen.

Es waren zwei sehr erholsame Wochen in der Wohnung.

Da die Wohnung in der oberen Etage liegt war es total ruhig und ohne Störgeräusche vom Treppenhaus oder anderen Wohnungen.

Ende September und Anfang Oktober sind die Nächte und auch manchmal am Tage die Temperaturen etwas kühler. Die Heizung sollte dann schon Wärme bringen grade im Bad und zum Trocknen der Handtücher.
