Nice holiday apartment
Great location. Apartment is very nice, cosy and cleaned. The access was easy, it has an elevator. I went with my dog and it was very nice as well, i didn't have any problems concerning this. Nice balcony, perfect for sunny days. Great vacation apartment.
There was some renovations in the apartment next door, so it was a little bit messy in the hall and noisy in the morning. But I assume this was a temporary thing.

The location is beautiful and the price for the time was fair. The staff presented themselves professionally yet friendly.
The parking is unconventional. The vaccum cleaner was full of muck, it should be empty. There where only 3 dishwasher pods for five nights... and the dish soap was less than half full and watered down so that was a little strange.

Alles in allem hat es uns dort gut gefallen. Die Raumaufteilung ist trotz Dachschräge und Balken gut gelungen. Der untere Bereich wirkt im Gegensatz zum oberen Schlafbereich gemütlich. Das "Alte Postamt" ist fast ideal gelegen: Zentral an einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, quasi in dritter Reihe. Strand und Seebrücke nur wenige 100m entfernt. EDEKA und Bäcker gleich um die Ecke. Zwei Restaurants im Haus, andere in der Nachbarschaft. Unsere Enkel, die mit ihren Eltern in einer benachbarten Wohnung auf der gleichen Etage wohnten, sind sehr gerne in den im Keller befindlichen KinderClub gegangen. zu unserer Bewertungen: Lage: gut aber nicht sehr gut, weil "nur" zweite Reihe und nicht erste mit Seeblick; Preisleistung: aus Prinzip nur gut, weil sehr gut zur weiteren Erhöhen der Preise verleitet ... und Ostseeurlaub ist über die Jahre schon teu(r)er geworden. Personal: gut - eigentlich hatten wir außer zur Schlüsselübergabe bei der Anreise keinen Kontakt. Aber wir hätten gewußt, an wen wir uns wenden könnten und das ist ja wichtig. * Wetter: die sonnigen Tage
Wir hätten uns im Bad mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten wie z.B. durch einen kleinen Spiegelschrank gewünscht. Diesbezüglich wirkt das Bad in Whg.10 hochwertiger. * Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoß wirkt sehr "kahl/leer/lieblos". Ein / zwei Bilder an den Wänden (z.B. Landschaftsfotos von Rügen) oder irgendwelche maritime Deko würden das Schlafzimmer gemütlicher wirken lassen. * Wetter: die verregneten Tage

Kein Balkon obwohl eigentlich geplant war. Versteckte Kosten! Lt. Angebot 460€ ! Letztendlich bei 560€ bezahlt! Wäre schön wenn der komplette Preis hier angegeben wird!

Gut und erholsam
Die Einweisung war nicht ausreichend. Zugang unzulänglich beschildert und versteckt. Zugang zu Fahhradkeller nicht offensichtlich. Beides wurde nicht ausreichend erklärt bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Parkplatz relativ weit weg von Appartment, auch das war nicht ausreichend beschrieben bei Buchung.
