Blizina plaže i centra mjesta, a opet mirno po noći. Prostrane spavaće sobe. Dobro opremljena kuhinja. Terasa zaklonjena i u hladu. Uredno dvorište puno zelenila. Mogućnost korištenja roštilja. Mogućnost korištenja perilice rublja. Ljubazna vlasnica.
Kod velikih vrućina je bilo nemoguće rashladiti spavaće sobe po noći, jer je samo jedna klima u dnevnom boravku. Prilaz kući za veće automobile je poprilično otežan jer su ulice jako uske.

Smjestaj nazalost nije ispuno ocekivanja. Nema osiguranog parkiga a pristup apartmanu autom je vrlo los. Iako je pisano da mozemo uci u 14h,gos Kaja je rekla da nemozemo prije 16h zbog ciscenja. Klima hladi samo dnevni boravak dok je u sobama bilo vrlo vruce. Terasa je neugodna zbog velikog stola i stolica te manjka zraka i sunca. Susjedi su cijelo vrijeme imali radove na kuci od prasine,buke i mjesalice bilo je katastrofa!!!!
