Location, staff, little extras
VIP lounge was not open the entire stay but they did provide daily beer and snacks to compensate

The restaurant and restaurant staff were amazing and caring. Pool area was nice and quiet. Hotel was clean and modern.
My room had a few simple maintenance issues that need rectifying like loose rails, the shower also needed some attention.

Good blackout curtains and comfortable bed/pillows
Poor WiFi (frequently disconnected, could not stream or do Zoom calls without disconnection), gym was very mediocre, restaurant pricey and I got sick after, room very humid
