Attention: Nature lovers, or someone who just wants to escape for a few days of peace and quiet. Come and stay in our cozy cabin, better known as, "Tree Top Cabin", overlooking the beautiful catch-and-release lake fully stocked with a variety of fish.
The cabin is surrounded by woods and offers two decks to enjoy the view from. You can sit and listen to the birds, or watch the squirrels jump from tree to tree. Enjoy a hike along the creek thru the woods, or just relax with a fishing pole while floating along in our two person fishing boat (at no extra charge).
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. There is a washer/dryer and bathroom with all the necessary linens needed to make
your stay more comfortable. There is also a gas grill on the top deck, so you can enjoy the view of the lake while grilling your favorite foods. The cabin and lake are located out in the country, yet are only minutes from town. With Lake Cumberland and marinas only minutes away, what more could a person ask for? We do not permit "parties."

We had such a wonderful stay here and would absolutely recommend it to other families looking to unplug and spend quality time together. There were four of us, my husband, our two boys (ages 9 and 16), and me, and the cabin had plenty of room for everyone. We never felt crowded, and it was nice having enough space for everyone to relax. One of our favorite parts of the trip was the pond. My boys and I spent several evenings fishing and using the little boat, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our vacation. We caught 13 fish altogether over a couple of days. My 16 year old even had a huge fish on his line before it snapped. He was absolutely heartbroken, but it definitely proved there are plenty of fish in that pond! The setting is so peaceful. We loved sitting outside, listening to the sounds of nature, and just slowing down for a while. As someone whose life is usually nonstop, I especially appreciated that there wasn't WiFi or reliable cell service. I was honestly a little worried my family would hate being disconnected, but it turned out to be one of the best parts of the trip. It gave us more time together, fewer distractions, and memories we'll all remember for a long time.If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing place that's still close enough to enjoy Lake Cumberland, this is a fantastic choice. We had an amazing time and would absolutely love to come back and stay here again.
