Very nice home, plenty of bedrooms to accommodate our large group, 5 families with children ranging from 3 months to 16 years old. Location to the beach is great, and the 2 golf carts are a plus. The pool was maintained well, plenty of kitchen supplies (plates, utensils, pots, etc.), plenty of bedding, and pretty much everything we needed. There are 3 levels, with 3 bedrooms on the top floor, 2 on the middle floor, and 1 on the lower floor. Many bunk beds, provided ample sleeping places. The main floor was very spacious. The large eating table was nice, but it was very sticky. Seems someone may have cleaned it with an inappropriate cleaning solution. We first sprinkled it with flour which helped reduce the stickiness, but as time passed, the stickiness returned, so we bought a table cloth, which resolved the problem. That table needs to be refinished. But, that did not distract our rating--it is a great place to stay, and it's close to town! We will return.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stay was great! House was as wonderful as it was 2 years ago! Only complaint, we thought it came with 2 golf cart rentals. Found out after getting down there, it was not. After the summer months, that deal isn’t available. We still needed, and use them. So wish that would be an option for the off season months as well.
