Butiama Bustani Hotel

A small paradise , full of trees and flowers. Great swimming pool to unwind . Very peaceful and relaxing. Great chef. Big room , comfortable bed. Very clean, super friendly team.

No direct access to the beach , needs a tuktuk ride to the beach where the boats go out from.

We had a very positive experience at this hotel and found several aspects quite convenient. The pool was a great feature and we really enjoyed using it during our stay. The location is perfect since it is very close to the airport and also near Kilindoni where the whale shark tours depart. Our room was both clean and spacious which made our stay very comfortable. While we did not try the food at the hotel we were very impressed by their helpfulness regarding our departure. They were extremely flexible with the check out time and allowed us to keep the room longer than expected. This was incredibly convenient for us as we were returning from an excursion before heading out. It is a reliable choice for anyone looking for comfort and proximity to local attractions.

It is true that there are no nice beaches in the immediate vicinity but the hotel does not advertise having them nearby so we expected this and it was not a problem for us

La struttura è davvero carina, la piscina pulita, le camere pulite e sistemate ogni giorno. Acqua calda, wi fi presente, asciugamani e teli per il mare cambiati. Lo staff è davvero gentilissimo, penso sia il loro vero punto di forza, dal manager a tutti i camerieri, sempre attenti alle tue esigenze e ad aiutarti nelle escursioni. Si mangia abbastanza bene. Un punto di forza è anche la presenza di una loro struttura anche nei punti di partenza per vedere gli squali balena e per fare snorkeling/immersioni. Questo ti permette di poter usufruire di tutti i confort (lettino, spiaggia, ristorante, bar, toilette) prima e dopo le escursioni, senza dover tornare a Bustani.

La posizione. Cioè, non è vicino alla spiaggia e la spiaggia che dista 5 minuti è oggettivamente impraticabile per fare il bagno, almeno tra dicembre e gennaio quando siamo stati noi. Il voto è comunque alto perché, nella descrizione, non parlano di spiaggia e sono sempre molto onesti nel chiarirlo. Però ecco, questa è la sola pecca.
