Le logement est très bien situé, près de la gare et au centre-ville, dans une rue calme. Le petit-déjeuner est pris dans un café à 5mn à pied. L'appartement est spacieux et décoré avec goût. Une cafetière et une bouilloire sont à disposition. Nous y avons séjourné l'hiver mais l'appartement était bien chauffé.
Le coin-cuisine est vraiment basique. Il n'y a pas d'extérieur.

The accommodation was extremely clean, spacious and well set out. The location was amazing - close to all the best sights. The hosts met us at the apartment to hand over the keys. We were running late but they waited for us, even keeping a parking spot for us directly out the front of the apartment building on an extremely chilly evening. We were given vouchers to have breakfast at a nearby cafe. Turns out it was one of the best in Termoli. We thoroughly enjoyed the coffee, cakes and vibe before heading out to explore the town.
We were a little perplexed as we were told, prior to our arrival, by the hosts, that use of the kitchen facilities was not included in the room rate. On questioning this, the hosts said this had always been their policy. In the end they were fine for us to use the kitchen (to prepare our evening meal) but we made sure to clean it thoroughly afterward.
