Although the main host was unavailable, the other staff were very helpful. The first house which we had been allocated was unfortunately unavailable but we were quickly shown to another property, which they prepared, to a very high standard, while we waited.
The property was set in a beautiful garden, well maintained and it was quiet and peaceful and felt very secure. We were only a 2 minutes walk to the beach, across a quiet road. Not a private beach as indicated but thankfully we were there at a quiet time of year, it was very nice though, and clean.
The outdoor swimming pool, is a hot spa bath, in the garden. Lovely to relax in and at certain times of the day it is cool enough for children to play in for a bit.
There was a bit of confusion when we first arrived, and although we had arranged a transfer, we ended up getting a taxi, not a problem, as taxis are very easy to get on the island but throws you off a little bit. We weren't given a key and none of the properties appeared to be locked but at no point did we feel unsafe. It's a really lovely quiet little area.
We would have benefited from a document which highlighted some information about the property, like how to work certain things, oven, wifi codes, where the washing machine was, local shop times, taxi costs etc. It was all stuff we figured out but nice to get if possible. We also weren't aware you couldn't drink the water from the taps, this should definitely have been made clear. Thankfully I did ask and had plenty bottled water for when we arrived. The bottled water on the island is also pretty cheap, along with most of the food.

The property is gorgeous. Beautifully decorated, very relaxing and fabulous location. Restaurants and a supermarket close by and best of all, across the road from a lovely and free beach. It was fabulous.
A little expensive but the location made it worth it. It was advertised as a one bedroom house but in fact it had two and two bathrooms so for more than two people it would be quite reasonable.
