A quiet property located 15-20 minutes on foot from the city center. The staff was welcoming, though the service follows a very laid-back Sri Lankan pace. Our 3rd-floor room didn't have a working Wi-Fi connection, but it was a good excuse to unplug. Make sure to order your breakfast with plenty of time to spare, as everything is done slowly and with ease.

Great value for money, the bedroom was clean and bathroom very spacious, the air con was great. The staff were amazing, provided great breakfast and talked us through local dishes (they were great!).
The wifi did not work upstairs in the room. The location is not the best, however very easy to get tuk tuks and was good value for money despite this.

comfy bed, staff were friendly and very helpful. let us have a late checkout to help with our long travel day, which we were super grateful for
floors were very dirty, bathroom wasn’t particularly clean, only one chair in the room between two of us, so nowhere to sit in downtime that wasn’t the bed, location is quite a walk from galle forte (20/25mins) along a very busy street. there was a fridge in the room to use, but it was dirty.
