Beautifully decorated southwest style home in the growing Phoenix suburb of San Tan Valley. Four bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms accommodates up to 8 adults. Heated pool* with waterfall and palm trees completes your little slice of heaven. Close to golfing, hiking, shopping, and more!
House is completely and comfortably furnished and includes a flat screen TV, X-Box Kinnect and Wi-Fi. Wired for Apple products to have surround sound indoors or on the patio. Has a patio with table, chairs and a BBQ grill that overlook the pool. Only 45 minutes from the airport and close to the Superstition mountains.
*Heated pool available, weather dependent, October -April for an additional fee for stays of one week or longer with advance bookings of one month.

The pool was refreshing on the 100 degree days. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. Master bed and bath were very nice. Quiet neighborhood and lots of walking paths..

The location was key for us. We have family very close in another section of Castlegate. Shopping, food, etc. was very convenient. The pool was fantastic, and we really enjoyed spending time in it.
