We were meet by a friendly staff who helped us with stay. Breakfast was delicious with everything you could expect.
Since it was a hot summer we opted to have windows opened through need and there was some noice coming from nearby road.

The hotel rooms are fantastic. Pretty much instant hot water in the shower. Plenty of parking spaces.
The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is excellent. 6 minute drive to Kaltenbach ski resort.
Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not open on a Monday and Tuesday which means you have to head out for something to eat if you want a restaurant setting. Restaurants are however minutes away either on foot or with the car.

The size of room. The cleanliness.
Lots of insects and a bit muffled room. Although i booked it knowing that there is no AC, however, i asked them for a ventilator to no avail. Also, the location is in the mid of the road which caused a lot of noise.
