A magical and beautiful place with a character. The villa is absolutely beautiful and Orebic has a lot to offer from hik

The villa was absolutely beautiful, clean and exaclty the same as advertised in the pictures. The host was absolutely wonderful and helpful with everything from greeting us at the house to giving us tips on where we can go to the beach, lunch, dinner and planning our trip around the town and the neighbouring islands. Orebic is a beautiful and peaceful place with beautiful beaches with clear and light blue sea. My friends and I had an amazing time, we have a lot of beautiful memories and we hope to visit this amazing place once again. I cannot do otherwise than absolutely recommed Holiday Home Floreat to anyone, from a group of young friends to families. I can guarantee that you will love it. <3

A great place for families or friends to have a relaxed holiday

We had a wonderful week long stay in Orebic thanks to the beautiful location, stunning villa and lovely hosts who were always very attentive and had excellent local knowledge. Each room in the villa has a large double bed and ensuite bathroom, and the kitchen and living room space has everything you need to feel right at home. The outdoor pool area is the perfect size for a family or a big group of friends, and the villa also includes a sauna, outdoor dining area and barbecue which are great little additions. What really sets this villa apart though are the fantastic hosts! They truly are a lovely couple and gave us loads of great recommendations on where to go and what to eat in Orebic, Korcula and even Dubrovnik. They also went the extra mile by offering to book our wine tour and transfers for us, which is something we greatly appreciated. Orebic itself is a lovely town and perfect for families or those who want a quieter holiday. However, it is still possible to do some activities and enjoy a bit of nightlife, as the nearby island of Korcula is more built up and only a short ferry ride away (as are many other islands if you wanted to do some exploring). We would highly recommend staying in this villa to all our family and friends and would love to come back ourselves again one day.

A great holiday with family and friends

Holiday Home Floreat is a great vacation spot for families and groups of friends. The house is fully equipped, has a comfortable shaded terrace to relax and eat, a great swimming pool and even a sauna! Free parking is also available. The facility is situated in a quiet and peaceful place, close to the most important attractions of Orebic. However, the most important thing is the incredible hospitality and help of the hosts! Tino and Karla helped us organize our trips, talked about the attractions of Orebic and the surrounding area, and made reservations for us in the restaurants! We felt like a VIP ;) Thanks to them, we saved a lot of time and money, because their recommendations were always perfect. As a welcome we received sweets, fruit, vegetables, drinks;) - it was very nice. We sincerely recommend Holiday Home Floreat and we still remember the time spent there as well as the incredibly hospitable hosts.

The house was amazing, it looks even better in person. Everything was very clean and tidy. Kitchen was fully equiped, air conditioning also worked perfectly. There was no problem to get keys even though we arrived later than expected. Localization was spot on. Beach, shops and restaurants are very close to the house, but it was enough distance from main street to rest without any noises. The pool is enclosed so nobody will see what you are doing. Talking about it, we absolutely love the pool, the host took care of it everyday. There were a lot of deckchairs and sunshades. But the best of all are owners, Tino and Karla. They were amazingly helpful throughout the whole stay, providing info about restaurants, winery, guided tours and anything you might need. It was the best vacation we had in Croatia so far!!

Great choice!

It was the best house we have ever travelled to! There are two young hosts, amazing people, very helpful. They showed us all the house and explained how to use the dishwasher, TV set..., they left some fruits and drinks for us, bought fresh oysters for us, reccomended some restaurants, booked a taxi-boat and replayed on our messages in a second. At the end they brought a home-made wine! Always smiling 🙂 The house is really well equiped. Four double bedrooms, super comfortable. Kitchen full equiped. Grill easy to use. The location is perfect, 3 min walking from some shops and bakeries, 5 from the promenade and the beach, but it's calm and safe. Everything was exactly as in the description. We didn't want to go to visit other cities, because the swimming pool was so pleasant and clean! The best choice!

How to start... the property 10/10!!! Everything was perfect. House is big enough for two families, each bedroom have integrated bathroom, so there is no issues even in the morning when you are in hurry. Two bedrooms are slightly separated, especially one in attic - if you preferring some privacy. There is sauna... if summer in Croatia is to cold for you, gym is 5 min away and it's free. Common area - living room and kitchen are completely equipped (bit TV set, internet TV), all appliances in kitchen are working. There is nice veranda if you need some shadow, and big pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. Gas grill is available as well. There is very good high speed (ADSL) internet access, so you can even work - video conference will not an issue, even when your children use Netflix at the same time. Property is in the quiet area - 3 min from main road, where you can find all shops, ATMs, pharmacy, etc... 10 min to the beach and promenade where you can find all restaurants, bars, etc... But the property is nothing without host and Tino... Tino is exceptional, he's real friend. If you have any request or need, he can help you with everything, starting from guides, and restaurant booking and ending with connecting you with windsurfing school. He owns a bar as well, so if you want to go for a drink, you know the address. It's hard to describe everything, it was the best vacation experience ever!

Perfektní místo pro relax s velkou rodinou nebo přáteli

Ubytování bylo naprosto perfektní. V červnu bylo na poloostrově Pelješac k dispozici mnoho možností, ale toto jsme vyhodnotili jako nejlepší – a zpětně můžeme říct, že rozhodně nelitujeme. Hlavními důvody byly velikost domu (čtyři samostatné ložnice, každá s vlastní koupelnou), velký společný prostor a krásný bazén na dvoře, který jsme si opravdu užili. Po příjezdu nás přivítala velmi milá majitelka, která nám vše ukázala a poskytla užitečné tipy na výlety i restaurace v okolí. Ubytování Floreat předčilo naše očekávání – ať už se jednalo o kvalitu vybavení, naprostou čistotu nebo vstřícný přístup majitelů. V průběhu pobytu byli kdykoli k dispozici a ochotně nám pomohli s jakýmkoli dotazem či přáním. Pokud hledáte klidné, komfortní a prostorné ubytování v krásném prostředí, Floreat je skvělá volba. Rádi se sem v budoucnu vrátíme!

Erholsam und sehr zufriedenstellend.

Wir waren insgesamt 7 Personen. Der Unterkunft mangelt es an nichts, es ist mehr als genug Platz für alle da gewesen und die geräumige Terrasse hat auch für entspannte Tage am Pool gesorgt. An Haushaltsgeräten ist alles da was man braucht und der Gastgebet ist sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Wir würden wiederkommen!
