Les équipements de très bonne facture , la discrétion et la disponibilité des propriétaires bien que présent sur les lieux , le calme de la propriété et le côté verdoyant (grande variété de flore locale ) .Bien que situé un peu à l’écart du faste et du brouhaha st pierrois, l’hôtel reste proche de toutes les commodités .
