Inhaber sehr freundlich, Klimaanlage hat funktioniert, Matratze gut, keine Schlafprobleme
die Gerüche im Raum ( es wurde wohl mehrfach das Rauchverbot übergangen! , )auch Handtücher rochen nach abgestandenen Rauch, Straßenlärm, Parkplatz reines Lottoglück

Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos direkt vom Vermieter. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, direkt an der Straße, auf der aber nicht viel Verkehr herrscht. Die Klimaanlage spendet angenehme Kühle an heißen Tagen und läuft sehr leise, auch für empfindliche Ohren. In dem Appartement ist alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten.
