Very cosy and friendly location

The location is very quiet and beautiful, with the nice view of the mountains, and huge rose flowers were looking at us through the window

Very comfortable and well maintained interior.

This was a great apartment for a family. We stayed for a one week ski holiday. I loved the beds, great matrases and duvets. Furniture was of good quality, nice clean and warm bathroom.

There is no restaurant, so we made our dinner every day, but the kitchen is just a bit too small to comfortably cook.

Wohnung ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Eigener Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.

Wohnung liegt im Souterrain und ist insofern nicht ohne Treppen zu steigen zu erreichen. Sämtliche Zimmertüren sind in ihrer Funktion beeinträchtigt und müßten dringend gewartet werden. Möbel sind teilweise defekt. Dunstabzug funktioniert nicht und Küchenausstattung (Geschirr, Pfannen, Besteck) müßte dringend erneuert werden. Im Badezimmer ist Schimmel an den Wänden. Sauberkeit in der Wohnung lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. WLAN-Signal kommt in den Zimmern nicht an. Matratzen sind mehr als austauschreif. Der Verkehrslärm der Straße durch den Ort ist stark zu hören. Bewegungsmelder auf den Außenwegen zur Wohnung sind schlecht justiert (man geht im Dunklen auf die Außentreppe und bekommt dann irgendwann auf halber Höhe erst Licht ... sehr gefährlich).

Das Kufsteiner Land ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert

Der Check-In durch die Gastgeberin Dani verlief sehr herzlich. Man erreicht die Souterrain-Wohnung (nicht EG; Haus in Hanglage oberhalb der Orts-Durchgangsstraße) über eine längere Außentreppe. Über diese steht man unmittelbar im zur Wohnung gehörenden, gepflegten Garten, der fast rundum durch Hecke Sichtschutz nach innen & außen bietet. Um die Ecke hat man etwas Fernsicht. Es stehen 4 KSt-Gartenstühle & 2 Liegen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist in freundlichen Farben & mit netten Details eingerichtet. Den Wohnraum empfanden wir durch die Souterrain-Lage & den großen Balkon über dem Fensterbereich als eher dunkel, so dass wir auch tagsüber meistens Kunstlicht zugeschaltet haben. Dass die Couch nicht mehr zeitgemäß ist, haben wir durch die Fotos gewusst. Dass sie - sorry - völlig abgewohnt ist, sieht man auf den Bildern leider nicht. Die kleine Küchenzeile ist zwar auch schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktionell & gut ausgestattet, so dass man sich gut selbst versorgen kann. Die Abzugshaube haben wir jedoch nach erster Betätigung schnell wieder ausgemacht, da sie ungewöhnlich laut ist. Das Bad ist großzügig mit Dusche und Wanne ausgestattet & es gibt viele Ablagemöglichkeiten/Stauraum. Zusätzlich gibt es ein separates kleines WC. In die beiden Schlafräume gelangt man jeweils über 2 relativ hohe Stufen. Das (ebenso wie die Außentreppe) war leider auf keinem der Fotos ersichtlich. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber wir halten es für ein wichtiges Detail für diejenigen, die nicht mehr gut zu Fuß sind. Das helle 2-Bett-Zimmer haben wir nicht genutzt. Es sah aber sehr einladend aus. Im Schlafzimmer gab es ein großes Doppelbett mit 2 Matratzen, die uns tendenziell zu weich waren (Geschmacksache). Beide Schlafräume liegen in Südlage & die Vorhänge dunkeln kaum ab. Mit Sonnenaufgang wird der Schlafraum hell. Direkt oben vor dem Treppenabgang gibt es einen zur Ferienwohnung gehörenden Parkplatz.
