Génial !

Déjà lors du 1er contact je me doutais que nous allions passer un bon moment. Et bien nous n'avons pas déchanté. Alexandra est très gentille et sait communiquer avec ses locataires. La maison est parfaite et très fonctionnelle, son extérieur avec la piscine chauffée et l'accès direct à la rivière font toute la différence. Et que dire d'Isabelle, l'intendante de la maison qui nous a accueillis à merveille et qui a été géniale avec nous. Je ne peux que recommander ! Un grand merci à Alexandra et Isabelle, et à bientôt sûrement !

Die Vorzüge sind im Inserat gut und treffend beschrieben. Hier noch die unschönen Dinge, die das Inserat verschweigt, und zu unserer durchwachsenen Bewertung führen. 14 Tage vor Reiseantritt überraschend zu erfahren, dass eine Kaution von 1.000 € und eine Endreinigungsgebühr von 120,- Euro noch zusätzlich zu dem stolzen Gesamtpreis zu entrichten sind, ist unschön! Die Antwort auf unsere Nachfrage war, "wir hätten das Inserat nicht genau gelesen". Das ist unwahr. Im Inserat stand davon definitiv nichts. Auch die Tatsache, dass keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher seitens des Vermieters zur Verfügung stehen, hätte gerne bereits im Inserat erwähnt werden dürfen. Anscheinend verstehen wir den Begriff "Gesamtpreis" anders als unsere Vermieterin und auch FEWO. Eine Antwort auf unsere Nachfrage bei FEWO steht nämlich immer noch aus - das spricht nicht für FEWO. Unsere bisherigen Erfahrungen mit anderen Plattformen waren deutlich besser. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer befahrenen Landstraße. Die Schlafzimmer liegen zur Straße, was die Nachruhr empfindlich stört. Die beiden Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach sind räumlich nicht getrennt. Das Zimmer mit den getrennten Betten ist ein Durchgangszimmer Zum Abschluss noch zwei positive Dinge: Das Grundstück bietet ausreichend Parkfläche für vier PKWs und die beiden separaten Toiletten machen die Sanitärsituation mit dem einen Badezimmer auch für 8 Personen gut erträglich.

Le Mas est tout juste magnifique et bien placé, pas de voisin direct donc le calme complet et la tranquillité pour profiter à fond. La communication avec la propriétaire, Alexandra, s’est super bien passée ainsi qu’avec Isabelle qui nous a accueillit, deux personnes absolument adorables. Encore merci et à très vite !

Nous étions 7 amis à avoir profité du mas l'espace d'un week-end, bien trop court. Suite à nos échanges rapides avec la propriétaire très sympathique et surtout très aimable, nous avons pu nous organiser correctement pour notre séjour. Après un petit tour des lieux avec l'intendante très agréable, nous étions lancés. An arrivant, la beauté des lieux nous laissa imaginer le déroulement des événements. Ils ont été bien au delà de nos espérance. La cuisine équipé et la plancha nous a permis de profiter parfaitement des talents culinaires du groupe. La piscine et la rivière paisible nous a procuré détente et amusement. La terrasse a été parfaite pour que nous l'occupions le plus claire de notre temps. Nous sommes donc parti sans mauvaises notes, triste que cela n'ai pas pu durer plus longtemps. Cette location a été une très bonne surprise pour nous tous. Merci beaucoup Alexandra et Isabelle.
