Excellent property with nice owners. Comfortable stay

Contact to owner, hand-over of keys, availability in case of questions all are very good. It was the second time that we have booked this property and will try to come again. Though it is a bit of a drive to the ski areas, it is worth doing so, as the reward is a very nice and quiet location. As this is an appartment, self-catering is necessary. On the drive to the ski mountains and back there are many supermarkets (a very big one amongst them) and hence it is easy to stay here while being able to enjoy local food and drinks.

Parking space is a little icy, need to watch out especially because it has a slope

One of the best apartments we’ve very stayed in

This is the lux class apartments. Amazing design, perfectly clean. Modern furniture, kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable bed. There is an winter Garten Balcony with an amazing Mountain View. Really friendly host from Carmen. The village itself is located at a beautiful and quite place, you feel yourself like in lost world there. We are really satisfied with our stay there and we’ll be happy to come back there. Great thanks to the nice Carmen!

Fijne accomodatie in een prachtig bergdal

De ruimte van het huis is fijn, het uitzicht fantastisch, en Carmen is vriendelijk en reageerd snel bij vragen.

De douchekop is niet hoog te plaatsen waardoor je niet met je hoofd onder de straal kan staan

Wunderbarer Ort zum Ausspannen

Die geräumige Wohnung liegt im obersten Geschoss des Hauses und dieses widerum oberhalb des Dorfs am Waldrand. Daher hat man vom Wintergarten aus diesen fantastischen Ausblick ins Lechtal, von dem wir uns gar nicht losreißen konnten. Wir waren zwar jeden Tag unterwegs, aber zum Frühstück und Abendessen haben wir den Platz dort immer genossen. Über Mittag im Sommer kann es dort aber auch recht warm werden. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Falls doch, reicht ein Anruf bei der überaus netten Vermieterin, die wir mitsamt Familie kennenlernen durften. Das Badezimmer ist groß und hat neben der Dusche auch eine separate Badewanne. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es eine große Schrankwand und genug Platz, seine Sachen zu verstauen. Wir waren während unserer 10 Tage Aufenthalt im Lechtal wandern und Radfahren. Als Ausgangspunkt ist Elmen ideal, da ziemlich mittig zwischen Steeg und Weißenbach gelegen. Außerdem führt die Lechtal-Straße seitlich am Ort vorbei und nicht mittendurch - dadurch ist es dort deutlich ruhiger.

Die Dachschrägen über dem Bett im Schlafzimmer wurden schon von anderen angesprochen.

Gepflegtes Apartment mit einem schönen Wintergarten

Besonders gefallen hat uns der Wintergarten mit dem schönen Blick ins Tal. Die Ausstattung der Küche war für eine Ferienwohnung überdurchschnittlich gut. Der Schrank im Schlafzimmer war riesig, so dass man wirklich alles darin unterbringen konnte. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hat sich auch bei einem kleinen Problem sofort gekümmert. Insgesamt war die Wohnung schön groß und sehr sauber.

Das Bett hat eine sehr weiche Matratze, so dass ich nach den ersten Nächten schon Rückenschmerzen bekam. Da die Wohnung sozusagen im Dachboden eingebaut ist, hat das Schlafzimmer Dachschrägen und nur ein kleines Fenster (zum Wald hin), so dass es nachts wirklich sehr finster und still ist. Für uns Städter war das zu ungewohnt, wir haben nicht so gut geschlafen. Die Dusche ist mit vielen Raffinessen ausgestattet, die aber nicht funktioniert haben. Sie scheint schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Man kann aber ganz normal duschen.
