Mynor was very responsive with all of my questions. The bedroom was perfect and clean and l loved that I had my own bathroom. His small dog was also very sweet. Airplane noise is to be expected, but I sleep with ear plugs so it didn't bother me. I also loved that there is a tienda very close by that is open from 6:30am - 8:30pm daily.
I think the place was great. I have been traveling in Guatemala for 9 years and it's pretty normal to have a very firm bed and warm (not hot) water, so that was fine.

This was such a lovely place to stay that I’ve stayed on here 3 times. The host is very accommodating and the one bedroom garden studios villas are really comfortable, squeaky clean and charmingly furnished. For me, it was necessary that I could walk to the airport in less than 20 mins, although I did once call an Uber that only took 6 mins. The home and its lovely garden accommodation is within a very safe gated community. There are 2 small stores within a short walk.

I couldn't take a shower neither the day I reserved and came to the room nor the day I left due to lack of water in the property. It was hard to even wash my face.
