Mosquito nets on windows and doors - perfect! Large outdoor seating area with grill. Near to app are restaurants and bakery.
Just a little thinks: Curtains in the shower, solid door are better. You can hear everything through the walls. But guests are considerate.

Great value for money.
The apartment is close to the city centre, but the beach is a 10 minutes walk away. A lot of restaurants, bakery, shops etc are nearby, but the buliding itself is bucked up from the street that makes is quiet. The furniture and equipement and living space is OK. I have to praise mosquito nets in windows, comfortable bathroom, awesome terrace and big parking. The landlord speak English perfectly. We also appreciat a small gift upon arrival :) .
Air conditioning only in living room, the bedroom was hot and stuffy. A dishwasher would come in handy.
