Le propriétaire était réactif et tien un petit magasin juste a côté très abordables. Proximité de la plage et des commodités. Le bruit au dessus faudrais demander aux clients du dessus de faire plus attention trop de bruit.
La proximité des commodités. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute. Il n'y a pas de coin pour se poser comme un fauteuil confortable ou un canapé devant la tv. Le frigo est inapte HS, comme le chauffe-eau fonctionne de temps en temps. Etat des lieux faudrais plus propre.

C'est un appartement simple dans un quartier calme et assez proche de la plage de Pereybere et des restaurants. Note positive sur 3 hôtels/appartements lors de ma visite à Mauritius celui là était le seul où je n'ai pas vu un seul cafard.
