Casa Gema

On a scale of 1–10, I’d give it an 11 :D It was a perfect choice—both the house and the town. It truly made our holiday on Majorka wonderful. A great oasis after a full day of sightseeing. The town is charming, and the house looks just like in the photos. Nicely decorated, with greenery and trees by the pool providing shade on hot days. The pool can easily fit three people with inflatable rings ;D. Outside, there’s an additional kitchen with a gas grill. There are dishes, pots, and pans in good condition, as well as sun loungers, chairs, and tables. There is a parking space next to the house where you can leave your car. It was A-MA-ZING,

Some things will probably need to be replaced or refreshed in the near future (e.g. the metal garden chairs). The downstairs bedroom has glass doors ;) There were four of us, so the other couple stayed upstairs and it wasn’t an issue for us, but some curtains would be useful there ;). It gets quite hot downstairs bedroom despite the fan (the air conditioning is in the living room). Overall, this didn’t really affect our rating of the stay—11/10. Seriously, this was probably the best choice I’ve ever made in all my travels :D

Nos gustó la casa en general, muy cómoda y acogedora

L'appartement était clair, fonctionnel et spacieux. La communication avec Joan était facile.

Sehr schöner Garten, Juan war sehr nett, ohne Baustelle wäre es schön gewesen. Der Ort ist sehr schön und auch die Gegend rundherum.

Alles ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und zum Teil defekt (Dusche am Pool ging nicht, die Außen Küche ist nur Dekoration, Gasherd funktioniert auch nicht) Besteck und Pfannen müssten dringend erneuert werden, zum Teil verrostet. In der zweiten Woche wurde nebenan das Haus abgerissen der Lärm war kaum zu ertragen. Es fing morgens um kurz nach sieben an und endete erst spät abends. Es kam kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Uns wurde nur gesagt, dass man nichts von der Baustelle wusste. Wir konnten das Haus in der letzten Woche nicht nutzen. Die Baustelle wird wahrscheinlich noch bis in den Herbst hinein sein. Auch das nächtliche Hundegebell war sehr störend Pünklich um kurz nach Mitternacht kamen jeden Abend ein paar Jugendliche mit ihren Mopeds die Straße entlang gerast. Wir hatten mit unter das Gefühl, es wurde mit Absicht gemacht. Wer ist gerne ruhig und idyllisch möchte sollte diese Unterkunft erst einmal meiden.
