60 sqm. 1 bedroom with double bed .1 living room with kitchen and large dining area. Huge wooden terrace with garden furniture, barbecue .Terrace with lake view. Bright decor with charm. Loving facilities. Small sandy beach 20 m. away parking in front of the house. Wi-Fi available. Interesting destinations for hikers and cyclists.
Those who like fishing or canoeing can do so in Salem Lake and the surrounding canals and lakes.
Paddle and pedal boats can be rented on site as well as bicycles.
Big cities like Hamburg, Lübeck and Schwerin can be reached quickly by car. In the immediate vicinity you will find Ratzeburg and Mölln. The beaches of the Baltic Sea can be reached by car in 40 minutes. Travemünde, Timmendorf Boltenhagen.
Without a car from Ratzeburg runs hourly a regional train to Lübeck and Hamburg, as well as in the seaside resorts and to Lüneburg. In Salem directly there is a small, charming restaurant with home-style cooking and a farm shop with cafe and breakfast. Bread and rolls also on weekends.

Das Appartement ist liebevoll mit sehr viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.
Einzigartig ist die unmittelbare Lage am See mit herrlichem Blick. Den werden wir vermissen!!

Urlaub wie am Fjord... Natur pur und bester Wohnkomfort in Kombination. Gott sei Dank, dass es solche Plätze noch gibt!

Traumhafte Lage, besser geht es nicht.
Wohnung ist schick und modern eingerichtet, bietet alles was man braucht.
Direkt am See und Spielplatz.
Zu Fuß 10 min zum Hof Kaiser, dort gibt es Brötchen fürs Frühstück.
Gleich nebenan gibt es ein tolles Restaurant und ein Bootsverleih.
Allerdings gibt es auch Kanus und Fahrräder zum Haus.
Was hat uns nicht gefallen: Einrichtung ist nicht Kleinkind sicher.
Trotz Außentemperaturen von gerade einmal 13 Grad, war es im Essbereich und Schlafcouch Bereich sehr heiß. Hier würden ein paar Fliegengitter sehr von Vorteil sein, dann könnte man schön Lüften ohne Angst zu haben dass die Bienen oder Mücken zu Besuch kommen.
