Quite big, owners of house are nice, very quiet neighborhood.
This is more of a personal thing, but I'm about 1.97m tall and the owners themselves are pretty short. With this apartment being the top floor with sloped walls, taller people lose a lot of effective space. The bedsheets are also on the short side, I couldn't cover myself fully.

Es ist sehr Ruhig in der Umgebung
-Der Hund der Hausbesitzerin, die unten wohnt bellt sobald man entweder zur Türe reinkommt oder er einen auf dem Balkon sieht. -Die Gastgeberin wollte es ungern, dass jemand auf dem Schlafsofa schläft, da sie es nicht jedes Mal reinigen oder beziehen will, so die Aussage. Dann darf man dieses nicht als Schlafplatz anbieten. -Ausstattung urig alt
