It was beautiful when we arrived and in a nice quiet private area where we thought we could have some nice couple time together

2kms walk into town doesn’t seem much for active people but with the constant rain, intense traffic and lack of footpaths it was impossible to get into town without a taxi, which despite being only 2kms away too min 30 mins every time. We booked 10 nights but stayed 6 then left out of boredom. My partner got an ear infection from the pool on the first day which put us off going back in there. Also one night I ran a bath and the water that came through was green. There were ants in the kitchen area. There are no restaurants/ shops within the walking distance so stock up well if you want to spend more than a couple of days there! Staff were so lovely though.

very dirty. toilette was very very dirty after our check-in. The staff tried to clean it immediately after our complain. but that we had to complain about it, was already a "no-go". shower was dirty. all was very dirty. rat was seen in the villa. The location had its best time already very long time ago. Is very far away from all spot points. And traffic in UBUD is a nightmare. only a few food locations near-by.

My stay was pleasant :)

The property is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood of Sayan. It is a 20 min bike ride to any popular sightseeing spot or cafe/eatery in Ubud.

This was my second visit to Kamajaya and the property felt a little run down compared to my first visit two years ago. It definitely needs a fan on the ground floor of the 2bhk villa. It is impossible to chill in the common area in the summer.

The pool & the size of it was amazing! Our bed was very comfortable & the bathroom was cleaner than the last villa we were at. The hangout space outside was nice too! Very spacious!

Definitely doesn’t look like the pictures in terms of how clean it is but it’s not awfully dirty, it was a lot cleaner than our last villa. The floor in our room was real damp so it was like old wood coming off - it needs to be fixed asap. The space outside where the kitchen is needs a good power wash for the floor as well around the pool. Our toilet had a funky smell that wasn’t strong but if you had a shower (shower next for toilet) you could smell it and it wasn’t pleasant.

Loungers and downstairs area besides the lizards

Lizards on the walls, bathrooms could have been cleaner. Strange smell of bio coming from the sink. One girl was in the villa alone and we think someone entered the villa when they thought no one was home.

Average accommodation but very far from city.

Own pool, however was too cold to swim.

We got some an animal on the roof and hear the noise very clearly. Also got room with broken AC but later got another room. In general accommodation is very old, doesn’t look exactly like on the photos. While you are in bed you can here noise from next room, not good to hear😅oh and the cock-yes you will hear it every morning..

Lovely stay

The staff was very friendly! They stay in contact on whatsapp for al you needs. The apartment was wonderful with a lovely garden and pool! You can also rent a scooter here to drive to the centrum. I would recommend this appartment!

Great peaceful place

If you are looking for a peaceful place for your vacation, this accommodation is exactly what you are looking for. It is not in the center of Ubud, but if you call Gojek, a car will take you for less than 2 USD and you will be there in 10 minutes. There are also very good restaurants and morning and night markets within walking distance. The villa has a large pool and is well equipped even for a longer stay (we were here for a week and we didn't miss anything). The accommodation is clean and the staff is very nice and helpful.

Good location, not far from the center. Comfortable beds and beddings. Good pool. Possible late check out.

Looks very different from pictures posted here on booking… Villas is much older, smaller and not that cosy! Everywhere mold on the walls😔 Lots of ants inside the rooms and kitchen. It was no gaz in the kitchen but stuff provided it next afternoon. No one ever at reception at any time of the day!
