Apartment is OK, but the church bell...

We really loved the house — it’s spacious, simply furnished, but we didn’t feel like anything was missing. The terrace is great, the kitchen is roomy, and we slept really well in the bedroom. The view is amazing.

We chose this accommodation because we were looking for peace and quiet. We loved it from the moment we arrived — until the bell started ringing. I’m sorry, but it’s brutal. The bell is maybe 100 meters from the house, at the same level as the apartment, and it’s incredibly loud. It starts ringing at 7 a.m. and chimes every fifteen minutes until 10:30 p.m. We like to sleep in, but with the windows open, that’s impossible. The whole house echoed with the sound of the bell. This is not the fault of the house, but we hated it. The cleanliness of the house could be improved, especially the shower.

Five star view

I intentionally chose the quieter location of Cezsoca compared to Bovec and because of its proximity to the river for kayaking. Very good local restaurant (just one open in the village at this time of year). Very spacious apartment with all the facilities you could ask for. However, the highlight is the astounding view from the large balcony. Wow.

The view from the balcony, the peace and calm environment, walking distance from the river, well maintained apartment.

My girlfriend complained that the interior design was not very tasteful, but that really is a minor thing. We spend most of our time on the balcony anyway.

I've had a wonderful experince staying here, the house is absolutly gorgeous and very clean! It has a lovely living room with a big balcony overlooking the gorgeous Alps! Our hosts were lovely, easygoing and flexible and never interviened with our privacy! I highly recommend it I'm def coming back!

Very good

The apartment is located on a very small calm village. There are 2 bedrooms which is comfortable for 4 persons. There also have separated living room and kitchen space for relax.

Unluckily, we stayed on the rainy day which is very cold. It takes sometime to become warmer in the apartment when turn on heater.

Tolles Bergpanorama Sehr empfehlenswert!

Es war eine wunderschöne Woche und wir können das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen! Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Bergpanorama war toll. Es war ruhig und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir hätten auch den Grill im Garten nutzen können, auch hier war alles schon vorbereitet. Vielen lieben Dank an unseren netten Vermieter!!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Erholung pur im Naturjuwel

Eine große Wohnung (1. OG) mit großzügigem Balkon in sauberen und renovierten Zustand, das Haus steht mitten im kleinen Ort umgeben von einem großen Garten mit Parkplatz am Haus. Es ist sehr ruhig trotz der zentralen Lage, man hört die Glocken der nahen Dorfkirche und ab und zu startet oder landet ein kleines Sportflugzeug am ca. 1 Km entfernten Flugplatz. Beide "Geräusche" haben wir aber nicht als störend empfunden. Der Kontakt zum Besitzer war jederzeit möglich und beantwortete unsere Fragen. Das Städtchen Bovec ist schnell erreichbar (5 Min. mit dem Auto), es gibt Tankstelle, Supermarkt und auch kleine Läden, einen kleinen Markt und viele Möglichkeiten was zu Essen, Trinken od ein Eis in der lebhaften Ortsmittel zu genießen. Und natürlich die traumhaft schöne Soca direkt vor der Haustüre, ein absolutes Naturjuwel, welches wir von der Quelle bis nach Kobarid genossen und auch ein kleines Bad nahmen (ca. 12° 😄). Wir schätzten die Ruhe und dass es nirgendwo ein Gedränge und Hektik gab, was vermutlich aber auch an unserem Urlaubstermin (27.8-4.9.25) lag.

Uns sind drei Dinge aufgefallen, welche leider eine Top Bewertung verhinderten aber das Objekt vom guten Gesamteindruck insgesamt nicht schmälert und sich leicht beheben lassen. Das waren das schwache WLAN (es funktionierte nicht in der ganzen Wohnung u. unterbrach ständig), leider hatte der Herd nur zwei Herdplatten (Platz für 4 wäre da) auf welchen es nicht möglich war, eine Pfanne u. einen Topf gleichzeitig zu benutzen....das Nudelwasser kochte erst nach 7-9 Minuten, die Duschkabine ist unverständlicherweise vorne abgerundet obwohl genügend Platz im schönen Bad wäre, somit ist diese sehr eng (ich bin 1,90 m groß und brauche etwas Bewegungsraum), dadurch, dass es keine kleinen Ablagekörbchen gibt muss man Duschgel u. Shampoo auf den Boden stellen u. sich mehrfach runterbeugen....wie gesagt, es ist sehr eng. .

Malonus ,paslaugus šeimininkai :) Visko ko reikia apsistojant su vaiku rasite apartamentuose nuo šaukštelio iki keptuvės , esant reikiamybei galima pastatyti vaikiška lovelė .Na o vaizdas pro balkoną ,kambarių langus tiesiog kerintis :) Rytine kava balkone su vaizdu į Julijos alpes puiki meditacija :)

Mums patiko viskas , tik ateičiai galima būtų pagalvoti apie kondicionierius … nes papuolėm į tropinio karščio savaitę ,apartamentuose per daug karšta …
