Comfy place to stay

Lovely staff, beautiful location. The terrace was great, comfy and private, clean and spacious. Swimming pool is amazing, and the hot thub also.

The king bed was a bit hard and uncomfy. There is a lot of traffic in the early morning next to the room vindows and you can hear people walking and talking quite loud, which was interrupting a good sleep.

Don’t count on a relaxed getaway in spring…

The Camping is at a perfect location near other campsites, beach, Waterpark etc.

Have been multiple times to this campsite over the years but unfortunately really disappointed this time. All the days there where renovations going on without informing the guests. Most days we just left the campsite to go on a daytrip and we where hoping that it would stop in the weekend, but when Staying at our accommodation they started drilling, grinding 08:00 in the morning and continued the whole day. The noice was unbearable from inside so we couldn’t enjoy our accommodation. reception was not really interested in the complaint and only told sorry and no gesture made. The working people continued as well working at our accommodation because they had to do it from the campsite they told. as well for children there where a lot of tools laying around everywhere.

Clean and comfort rooms in mobile homes. Big terrace. Very kind stuff.

Mobile homes are too cold for little kids, for winter time, we had air conditioning on, but it was still too cold. Hot tube did not work one day. Last day we were out of water in mobile home. Terrace has steps so it is not ok for little kid that just started to walk. Out of season there is no restaurant, bar near.

Rude staff, hot tub broken, not much else...

Some of the staff at the end were really kind.

The man on check in was so rude, threatened me a bit and just very unwelcoming and told me it was my fault i dont have a parking space next to the place, because i was the one that booked it.. but there was no option for this on booking otherwise I would have! And wouldnt let me into the property until i emailed my passport (I was doing this and just needed to sit inside to do it) and the hot tub that i paid alot extra for a treat, was broken, and cold. Pools were all shut and no restaurants. Very expensive for what you get - DONT GET A HOT TUB THEY ARENT HOT!

Beautiful camp with beautiful playground and comfort mobile homes, close to the city.

Amazing kids playroom in the campsite, clean mobile homes, with comfortable beds. Pretty close to the city of Porec.

We booked a mobile home with jacuzzi but without a outside pool (cause we didnt know that they are heated). After two days we asked the stuff if kids could use just a outside pool in one of the empty mobile homes for half hour (5/6 houses were empty) but the stuff told us that all of the empty houses are having upcoming guests. I cheked it on booking and 4 homes with pool were still availlible for rent for next days. Not a probem but they could just tell us no instead of this excuse.

The privacy at this time of the year. peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Houses where amazingly spacious, we didn’t expect it at all. everything nicely organized.

as a suggestion: There should be bigger area for workout. Maybe some outdoor gym/fitness in the nature. Everything else was great.

Beautiful modern camping in beautiful location

super clean modern and beautiful camping area. also our mobile home was very clean and looked quite new and beautiful.

unfortunately we had a „permanent“ mobile home neighbor who was working every day which was a bit loud and not so comfortable. also in fall, you don't get too much sun on your private terrace and pool. Just something good to know, but it wasn't a big deal. Also it would be good to tell that the private pool gets a „cover“ in fall to stay warm. personally, I would have preferred an open and cold pool.

Disappointing - cramped and with none of the facilities described - not a 'resort'

On the positive side the staff were very friendly and helpful, the tent was comfy and cool with the airconditioning and the food in the restaurant is good and well priced.

I booked this place because it said it had a train down to their beach 800m away. We took the train from the campsite reception on the first day with Polidor camping and beach bar written on the side of it and settled onto some sunloungers on the beach. I was therefore quite surprised to come out of the sea after a swim to find a very grumpy red faced man standing over my wife on her sunlounger demanding money. Apparently the Polidor company had sold the beach club earlier in the year and no longer ran it. The description of the property and all their materials and photographs, talked about their beach, their beach club, train to their beach. They do not have a beach and admitted that this was a problem with the description on booking.com. Their suggested remedy was to offer us 1 free day at the beach club owned by someone else where we had already had to pay the day before. When I suggested that this was an inadequate response to being told falsehoods about the 'resort' we were booking I was told we were lucky that we hadn't been asked to pay for parking! The campsite is tiny with no open space at all. The pool can be crossed with 3 strokes and is far too small for the number of people on the campsite. It closes at 6pm unlike every other pool in the area -probably because it is so cramped in with the restaurant that the diners would get wet. I asked at reception about the mini-club for the kids - this was apparently the 5m square area with 1 piece of play equipment reached from the swimming pool across some partially rotten decking with splinters and rusty screws sticking out. I asked about the animation advertised - this was also apparently the same 1 piece of play equipment. The wifi is appalling - v. slow and very rarely connects. The accommodation is fine but honestly every other camp site we walked through in the area was more spacious, had better facilities and was closer to the beach.

We were there last year on the beach for the chairs did not pay, this year 20eur per day requires and the baby does not even allow a bottle of water to be taken to hold on the table makes it removed, water must be bought at the bar. Let's not go there anymore.

very comfortable small home with 2 bedrooms and 3 beds. It’s very convenient for family. Terrace with a big table and sun beds . Very quiet. Beautiful beach and the train to the beach. Very nice staff
