Localização excelente, tem tudo no apê, a cama é muito gostosa também, tive um problema com o chuveiro mas o proprietário prontamente resolveu. Voltaria outras vezes com certeza.
Um ponto de melhoria que não é algo critico mas que traria mais conforto seria ter um sofá mais confortável para sentar em frente à TV e filtro de água, mas nada rque me impeça de voltar acho que isso valorizaria ainda mais a experiência.

A localização é ótima, o prédio com portaria 24 horas, e também tem uma academia.
Tive problemas com o Wi-fi, não conseguia conectar, com isso escrevi para o anfitrião que falou para desligar e ligar o moldem, e funcionou.
Nas fotos não é possível visualizar, mas o banheiro fica no quarto. As portas são antigas, tanto a do quarto, quanto a do banheiro, ambas bem desgastadas e não tinha como trancar a porta. Como a acomodação é para mais de 2 pessoas (tem um sofá cama na sala) deveria ser dito que o banheiro fica dentro do quarto, pois a pessoa que ficar na sala, tem que passar pelo quarto para ir no banheiro.
